This 16-Hour course covers the training requirements for the MD Wear and Carry Permit AND the Maryland HQL Permit, The DC concealed carry and the AZ concealed carry permit.

Before you may legally wear and carry a handgun/regulated firearm, you must possess and maintain on your person a Handgun Wear and Carry Permit. The Wear and Carry Permit is issued to both residents and non-residents by the Maryland State Police.
