This 16-Hour course covers the training requirements for the Wear and Carry Permit
Before you may legally wear and carry a handgun/regulated firearm, you must possess and maintain on your person a Handgun Wear and Carry Permit. The Wear and Carry Permit is issued to both residents and non-residents by the Maryland State Police.
